| Understanding 20th and 21st Century Music | Pupils will study a variety of topics, learning new musical and technological concepts and researching different genres of music. |
| Technology Skills in Context | Pupils will use their skills within two different projects of their choice. These projects will be supported by progress logs. |
Course Assessment
Assignment: Pupils will submit a a project showing skills from two different contexts. This project must be supported by a log and reflection. This is worth 70% of the final mark.
Understanding 20th and 21st Century Music: A question paper where candidates answer questions based on different excerpts of music, identifying both musical and technological features. This is worth 30% of the final mark.
